Davenport has been successfully building and renovating custom homes in Fairfield County CT and Westchester County NY for over 35 years. Comprised of two divisions - Contracting and Home - we provide a full suite of services to give our clients a range of home improvement options. Our Contracting division focuses on large scale renovations and custom homes while our Home division concentrates on smaller scale renovations, additions, and maintenance.

President Brian MacDonald and the Davenport Team understand the importance of communication for projects large and small. Clients are integral to the team and are kept informed through every step of the construction process and timeline. Brian and project managers work tirelessly with clients early in the planning and design phase to assist in developing project plans and setting realistic budgets. They foster a collaborative team environment that includes the client, architect, interior designer, project manager and crew in order to provide clients with an exceptional home at an agreed upon budget.
